Bay City Family Session
This Bay City family session was taken in a cold January afternoon. When photographing winter sessions, I always have an indoor location option in case my clients get too cold. In this photoshoot, we started from Delta College Planetarium and downtown Bay City and ended the session with a cozy coffee break at the Harless + Hugh Coffee.
As all parent know, times flies and it is sometimes difficult to set aside the time to capture what children look like as they get older. Sure, it is difficult to get everyone in the same place, but family photos are a treasure that only gains value as time marches forward.
Sisters Portrait
Cheryl is someone who appreciates the importance of capturing those snapshots of her children as they have grown up. In fact, Cheryl had scheduled themed photo shoots for her two daughters since they were young. She would have the photos put together into photo albums of her daughters each year. So I was beyond excited when I had the privilege to photograph her daughters this year.
As her daughters transitioned into their teenage years, we opted for a hip, urban setting that provided us with the opportunity to see their mature side while at the same time capturing their clear affection for their mother.
Family Photo Album
After this Bay City family session, I personalized a photo album for them to remember these precious moments. It was definitely fun to put together their story through the images I created. My hope is that this album will serve as a treasure for their whole family for years to come.
