By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

-Templates
-Marketing resources
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any Service at any time.

4. Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By purchasing from us, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment processing through our third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.  Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees and suspension of services.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, templates, downloads, coaching time, and educational resources:
Digital Products:  All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Services / Custom Work: Deposits, retainers, and booking fees are non-refundable due to the time, scheduling, creative planning, and administrative work reserved for each project.

6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Beyond Jade LLC—including but not limited to templates, branding materials, graphics, downloads, copy, videos, training materials, and website content—is owned by Beyond Jade LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:
-Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or copy our materials
-Claim our work as your own
-Modify and resell our templates without written permission
-Use our materials for unlawful purposes

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only, unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a template or digital product grants a limited license for individual business use only and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

7. Client Content
If you submit logos, photos, text, testimonials, or other content to us, you confirm that:
-You own the rights to that content, or have permission to use it
-It does not infringe on third-party rights
-We may use it to complete your project
You retain ownership of your original content.

You grant Beyond Jade LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display submitted content, completed projects, screenshots, mockups, testimonials, and related materials for portfolio, educational, editorial, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific results, income, traffic, leads, business growth, or outcomes from using our Services. Success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, market conditions, implementation, and experience.

9. Educational & Business Disclaimer
Any educational content, coaching, strategy, or templates provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
You should consult licensed professionals regarding your specific situation.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Jade LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable product or service.

11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may recommend or integrate with third-party tools such as payment processors, website platforms, email systems, or software. We are not responsible for the actions, downtime, pricing, policies, or performance of third-party providers. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
-Use our Services unlawfully
-Interfere with website functionality
-Attempt unauthorized access to systems
-Harass, abuse, or threaten us or others
-Share purchased content in violation of these Terms
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.

13. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure
Beyond Jade LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, platform failures, illness, labor shortages, government actions, natural disasters, or technical interruptions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Indiana.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
